DVDsThe idea of burning DVDs on your home computer seems so elegant in its simplicity. In theory, you can put your movies on disk so that they are easy to watch and to share.

In practice, though, the DVD burning process can become complicated and unwieldy. Oftentimes, you'll end up with two or three error-ridden disks for each playable one. And it's not always easy to diagnose and fix the burning problems.
