Chinese citizens are being denied their daily dose of web video. According to this New York Times article, Chinese authorities have blocked access to the popular video sharing site. The reason for the block is not completely clear, though it may be because of a video released by the Tibetan government in exile showing monks being beaten by Chinese police.
