Democracy Over the Internet

Just as the protests in Iran are proving that social media can be an inspiring force for democratic change, the US State Department has announced the winners of its "What Does Democracy Mean to You?" YouTube video challenge. Entries, and winners, came from around the globe, and the videos are inspiring. It's great to see online video used to spread a positive message and encourage international communication.
