Video is a powerful tool for nonprofits. Organizations are finding web video to be very rewarding, whether they use it to spread their message, mobilize supporters, raise awareness or raise funds. And, as if these rewards weren't enough in themselves, there's the DoGooder Award, which celebrates outstanding videos by nonprofits.
The fourth annual DoGooder Awards, sponsored by YouTube and See3 Communications, will give away cash and video prizes to the best videos from small, medium and large organizations, as well as prizes for "video innovation." You have until March 12 to submit entries.
