TED-Ed, a TED resource for educators, lets teachers take any of its videos and customize them to suit the needs of their classroom. Once you 'flip' the video, you can share your video lesson with other TED-Ed members.

Not certain if Sher got an answer, but I found this at an About.com web-site about TED: “You can also use any of the videos other teachers have “flipped,” the term the company uses for modified videos.”
