Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Titles to Your Moviemaker Movie

By , About.com Guide

2 of 10

Decide what kind of title you want

You can choose to add a title at the beginning of your movie; a title before or after a selected clip (a title in between clips is called an intertitle); a title on a clip; or end credits, which will appear like the credits in any Hollywood movie you see.

Select the option that is best. For example, if you want the name of your movie to appear at the very beginning, you would choose “Add title at the beginning of the movie.” If you wanted the name of your movie to appear over a clip of the main character walking his dog, you would select that clip and then choose “Add title on selected clip.”
