How to Add Effects To Your Movie Maker Movie

Opening the Windows Movie Maker Video Effects

To begin working with effects, click “View Video Effects” under "Edit Movie" in the Movie Tasks pane. This will display the various effects you can add to your video. These are shown as small tiles with an image of the effect. You can drag and drop these tiles directly onto a clip or photo in your timeline.
