Game Your Video gives you a lot of options for shooting and producing videos on your iPhone. Whether you use it to make goofy videos or just to have more compositional control when shooting mobile video, Game Your Video's user interface will keep you entertained.

Overview of Game Your Video:

Game Your Video is a video editing application for the iPhone that's easy to use and packed with stunning effects. With an entertaining user interface and plenty of audio and video effects, Game Your Video aims to be a happy medium between pro editing apps and automatic editing tools. You can 'game' your video live, 'game' it later, and easily share your finished product with friends, family, and the greater community of Game Your Video users.

Getting Started With Game Your Video:

You can purchase the Game Your Video app from iTunes or the AppStore on your mobile device for $1.99. Once you've downloaded the app, you'll be ready to start gaming.The main menu consists of five different options, including gaming your video live, gaming videos from your camera roll or video library, cutting, joining or reversing videos, or 'I Did This' which lets you check out cool videos made by other users.

Before you starting gaming, be sure to customize your settings. In the settings menu you can opt to have your videos kept private until you share them, or you can link your YouTube and Facebook accounts for faster sharing.

Game Your Video Live or Later:

Gaming Live is a great way to become familiar with all of the effects the app has to offer. Before you press record, choose your flavor. There are a lot of great options including 'Chaplin', which gives your video an old-fashioned look, '8mm' which imitates Super 8 home movies, and 'Movie' which gives you a contemporary cinematic look with letterboxes and a 16x9 aspect ratio. You'll also have the option to choose your 'Cine' mode, which assigns a color filter to your video to imitate different film stocks and shooting styles. The last thing you'll need to do before shooting is choosing a soundtrack for your film. You don't have to choose music, but Game Your Video lets you pick from any of the songs stored in your iTunes library, or from a broad selection of songs that come with the app.

Now you're ready to start recording live. By tapping the screen while you're recording, you'll be able to adjust the aperture and focus, and turn the flash on and off. In addition, there are a bunch of audio and video effects that along the bottom of the screen that you can apply to your video as you shoot. These effect options will vary based on your pre-selected shooting flavor.

Although gaming your video live is a lot of fun, you can also game pre-recorded videos. Choose from the videos on your camera roll, or videos you've already shot using the game your video application. You'll have all the same options as gaming live, but by gaming later you'll have more editing control. For simple editing procedures such as cutting unwanted footage from clips, or joining two clips together, refer to the main menu. Once you're satisfied with your video, it will be finalized so that you can share it on various social media sites.

Sharing Your Videos:

To share your video, refer to the video library. Once you click on the video you'd like to share, click on the arrow in the bottom-left corner, and you'll see the sharing options. You can publish the video directly to YouTube or Facebook, or copy the video to your camera roll to send it via text message, email, or upload it to your computer. Enjoy one-click sharing with YouTube or Facebook by logging in to your accounts.
