Click Duplicate, and you'll be directed to the Sequence Preset Editor. This will create another sequence settings preset so that you can adjust the values without affecting the factory preset included in FCP 7. Give the new preset a name, and adjust it to suit your media.
Click OK, and you'll see the new preset in the Presets box, with a Summary of your settings to the right.
