Definition:

Web bandwidth refers to the maximum speed at which content can be streamed to individual users over the Internet. The speed of an individual bandwidth is dependent upon the modem that is accessing the content as well as the speed of the web service that is distributing the content.

It is suggested that personal users have at least a 700kbps bandwidth to accesses web video.
