Our Stage is a web site dedicated to independent film and music. Registered users of the site can rank videos, and those that rank highest are eligible to win monthly prizes.
Our Stage encourages independence, so you can submit any kind of video you want. Categories range from animation to weird and wacky, and include documentaries, action sports and trailers, among others.
How Do I Submit Videos to Our Stage?:
Register with an email address and a user name, and you’ll be able to upload your videos and music to compete at Our Stage. Once you’re registered, you can also watch videos on the site and vote for your favorites.
All kinds of videos are eligible, so whether you're a comedian or a documentarian, your work is welcome.
What Prizes Can I Win From Our Stage?:
The prizes awarded change from month to month, but you always have the opportunity to win the $5,000, given to the highest-ranked video on the site for the month. Other prizes include submission to film festivals and mentoring sessions with well-known filmmakers.
How Are Our Stage Winners Chosen?:
The viewers at Our Stage choose the winners by watching two videos side by side and ranking them. They pick which one they like better, and then compare that video to another. Through these choices, videos are ranked, and the highest ranked are eligible for the prizes.
