Flukiest is a free video sharing website that also has photo sharing capability, and is used by many professional photographers.

Terms of Service for Flukiest:
You must be 18, or 14 with the permission of your parents, to use the site. You retain the rights to your work. You may not post anything that is obscene, illegal, harmful, hateful, copyright-infringing, etc.
Also, you may not post street addresses, telephone numbers or last names in your profile.
Sign-up Procedure for Flukiest:
Flukiest requires your first and last name, email, password and a username, as well as your birthday, country, state, gender and height.
You are then taken to a profile information page, where you can add more about yourself or choose to skip over it. After, you are asked to upload photos to your profile. You can upload your video clips there.
Uploading to Flukiest:
Maximum file size is 100MB, and you can store up to 500 videos on the site. On the upload page you give each item a title and click the upload button; a progress bar shows the percent finished, the number of MB uploaded, the time passed and time left, and the upload rate. It is not terribly fast but not snail slow either.
On this page you can also go to the "click here for advance upload" link under the "Manage your media," which takes you to an upload page where you can add a title, description, tags, and category and choose to set each video to public or private. Both uploaders handle up to 10 videos at a time.

Viewability of Flukiest:
If you choose to use the regular uploader, once it finishes the upload you can click "Home" to see your homepage and then "My public videos" to see the thumbnail and add a title, description and category and choose whether to make it public or private.
Clicking on the thumbnail will take you to the video. The quality is not bad, although it may be slightly distorted vertically.
Sharing with Flukiest:
To share a Flukiest video, you can copy and paste the HTML code at the bottom of the video player to embed the video in another website. You can also click "Send to a friend" to email a short message and a link to the video to your friends.
