While I will admit that the user interface of DropShots is nice, I must say that my experience with their customer service has been terrible. They don’t seem to have any. I’ve been a Premium customer for several months and when I started having some user issues I wanted to ask about I found that they simply don’t answer my trouble tickets. I just get no response at at. Needless to say, I don’t use them anymore.

You can add lots of different types of video files, record video directly from your camcorder, and send them tapes and film via mail. Plust the customer service is great.
