While I will admit that the user interface of DropShots is nice, I must say that my experience with their customer service has been terrible. They don’t seem to have any. I’ve been a Premium customer for several months and when I started having some user issues I wanted to ask about I found that they simply don’t answer my trouble tickets. I just get no response at at. Needless to say, I don’t use them anymore.
I’ve had the same difficulty. No customer service responses to my inquiries/issues.
